Since 1989, Chen Jiah Juang Orchard has grown passion fruit using natural farming methods, without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. Every bottle of our Passion Fruit Vinegar is made from 100% Taiwanese passion fruit, either grown on our own farm or sourced from local partner growers under contract. That means you know exactly where your vinegar comes from.

Slow-Brewed the Traditional Way

We don't rush good vinegar. Fresh passion fruit juice rests in large clay jars, where it naturally ferments and matures for more than a year. This patient, hand-crafted process develops a rounded, mellow tartness and the bright tropical aroma passion fruit is known for. We add no glacial acetic acid, alcohol, or other vinegars, and sweeten it lightly with unbleached rock sugar. What you taste is pure fruit vinegar.

Many Ways to Enjoy

• As a refreshing drink: Dilute 5–10 times with water. Enjoy it chilled on a hot day or warm when the weather turns cool.
• As a sparkling drink: Mix with sparkling water for a fizzy, fruity vinegar soda.
• As a dressing or sauce: Combine with soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, or camellia oil to make a vinaigrette. Use it as a dipping sauce or drizzle it over noodles, rice, fresh vegetables, fruit, and salads.
